Today’s pregnant women are on information overload, receiving information and opinions from friends, family, the Internet and their care providers. Lamaze is a trusted source for news about pregnancy, birth and beyond, and provides key information women need to know to have safe and healthy births.

Lamaze can help you have the best pregnancy, birth, and early parenting experiences! No longer just about breathing, Lamaze takes the mystery out of childbirth and giving you the confidence to labor your way.

Upcoming Classes:
Selecting a Lamaze Certified Childbirth Educator ensures that you will be attending a class taught by a competent, highly qualified educator. Your instructors will thoroughly explain the changes your body will go through and what you can expect during pregnancy, birth, and beyond. By taking a Lamaze class, you’re making a good investment in you and your baby.

Lamaze understands that:
  • Birth is normal, natural and healthy.
  • Women have an innate ability to give birth.
  • The experience of birth profoundly affects women and their families.
  • Women’s confidence and ability to give birth is either enhanced or diminished by the care provider and place of birth.
  • Women have the right to give birth free from routine medical interventions.
  • Birth can safely take place in homes, birth centers and hospitals.

Lamaze Childbirth Education empowers women to make informed choices in healthcare and take responsibility for their health, and to trust their innate ability to give birth.
