By your side the entire time, that's the Doula advantage.

It is now widely recognized that having a female labor support Doula assisting the birthing woman can decrease the length of labor, decrease the severity of perceived pain, decrease the need for anesthesia or analgesia, and can help prevent cesarean section.

A good birth experience will enhance the postpartum period by speeding recovery, easing breastfeeding, and securing the satisfaction of the mother and partner with each other and themselves.
Supported women are 28% less likely to have a cesarean section.

During labor, the Doula supports the mother continuously offering comforting touch and massage, emotional support and reassurance, and knows effective positions for labor and birth.

Doulas are professionals in labor support - offering hands-on comfort and care techniques that nurses, midwives, and doctors may not be able to give because of other clinical responsibilities.

All of the 4 Moms 2 Be™ Doulas are DONA trained.
